Delivery Policy

1. All orders over $400.00 ex. GST will be sent Freight Free to capital cities (excluding bulky goods and remote areas – refer below).
2. Freight will be charged at cost to orders that:
   • Are under $400.00 ex. gst
   • Are bulky
   • Are to be delivered to remote areas
3. All orders under $100.00 ex. gst will incur a handling fee of $20.00 ex. gst.
4. Where priority air service is required, on any orders, Woodchuck may charge $20.00 ex. gst per 3kg satchel.
5. Backorders will be sent freight free (excluding bulky goods and delivery to remote areas).
