Delivery Policy

1. All orders over $400.00 ex. GST will be sent Freight Free to capital cities (excluding bulky goods and remote areas – refer below).
2. Freight will be charged at $20 ex. GST to orders under $400.00, ex. GST (excluding bulky goods and remote areas – refer below)
3. Remote location deliveries, oversized or bulky goods freight will be quoted at the time of order.
4. All orders under $100.00 ex. gst will incur a handling fee of $20.00 ex. gst.
5. Where priority air service is required, on any orders, Woodchuck may charge $20.00 ex. gst per 3kg satchel.
6. Backorders will be sent freight free (excluding bulky goods and delivery to remote areas).
